Tonight I made the most baller mashed potatoes in the world. Red potatoes boiled in beef and veggie broth, an entire stick of butter, some cream cheese, and heavy whipping cream. These accompanied an amazing pot roast made with local grass fed beef and entire bottle of Big Sky Brewing’s Slow Elk Oatmeal Stout.
We had Liz, Tommy, Jamie, Debo, Aspen, and Buddy over for the first time tonight, so we had to celebrate!
